Job summary

The Kruger Family Industries processes supervisor role coordinates thermoforming processes, mold packages, and related setups on the production floor, ensuring efficient operation of robotics and equipment.

This position collaborates with Engineering to optimize tooling, review daily production needs, and assist with startup of new production orders. Regular attendance and adherence to safety and regulatory policies are required.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or certificate in plastics processing.
• Knowledgeable in the basic functions of thermoforming machinery and able to monitor and adjust when needed during operation to optimize production output.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate thermoforming processes, mold packages and related set ups.
• Attend engineering meetings and be the voice of manufacturing.
• Assist with process operation parameters and tooling development.
• Prepare month end variance summaries and explain issues for improvement.
• Assist with development of training documentation and implementation programs.

Education

Two-year degree or certificate in plastics processing

One to three years related experience
