You will operate thermoforming ovens and trimming equipment, monitor temperatures and quality, and lift up to 70 pounds. Overtime and weekend work may be required; we offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with thermoforming equipment is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate thermoforming ovens and trimming equipment
• Form sign faces and backs to exact specifications
• Read drawings and artwork to ensure product accuracy
• Monitor temperatures, materials, and production quality
• Make machine adjustments to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hand tools
