Job summary

Novolex in Kalamazoo is seeking a Thermoforming Operator to operate thermoforming machinery and manage line efficiency. You will work on a 2-2-3 schedule with day and night shifts, starting at $22.16/hr plus $1 shift differential, and be part of a safety‑conscious production team.

Responsibilities include interpreting process sheets, maintaining quality and uptime, and coordinating with maintenance and process technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years mechanical/technical experience.
• Basic computer skills and ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Operate thermoforming machinery and monitor process parameters.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and ensure uptime.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and diagrams.
• Document data in ERP or peripheral software systems.
• Coordinate with maintenance and process technicians.
