Job summary

Novolex in Kentucky is seeking a Set up Technician to support thermoforming mold set-ups, install and remove molds, and perform minor repairs on schedule. The role requires reading blueprints and operating tool room equipment, with safety and housekeeping emphasized.

You will work 6AM–3:30PM on E-Shift, Monday–Friday, with pay between $25.96 and $33.30 per hour, paid weekly. The ideal candidate has a HS Diploma or GED and 2–3 years related experience, plus problem-solving and mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; 2-3 years related experience.
• Demonstrated problem solving and mechanical skills.
• Ability to read rule, micrometer, and calipers; basic math operations.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing by completing thermoforming mold set-ups on schedule.
• Install and remove molds; perform minor/major repairs as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures and housekeeping; assist with general equipment upkeep.
