Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas in Franklin Park, IL is hiring a Thermoforming Operator I to safely operate thermoforming equipment and support production, quality, and packaging processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will pick, inspect, pack, and bag products for shipment, ensure all products meet quality standards, maintain a clean and safe work area, and follow safety protocols. Training may start on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd or 3rd shifts; benefits begin after hire.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to wear steel-toe footwear.
• Experience packing manufactured goods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, inspect, pack, and bag products for shipment.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards before packaging.
