Job summary

Bath Fitter is seeking a hands-on Thermoforming Operator in its Tennessee Plant. You will trim, sand, and finish acrylic products, assemble components, inspect quality, and package finished tubs and shower bases.

This role is non-exempt and hourly, with a third shift schedule and opportunities for wage increases after probation. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and prior manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read and follow precise work

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Trim, sand, buff, and finish acrylic products.
• Prepare testers and two-piece front tubs.
• Bend tub rails and perform assembly tasks.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards.
• Package and transport tubs, shower bases, and related products.
