TOPPAN Packaging Americas in Huntley, IL is seeking a Machine Operator I for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). You will set up thermoforming machines, mount dies and molds, load materials, and operate to spec. Expect routine troubleshooting, quality checks, and paperwork completion in a fast-paced plant.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months of operator experience, and strong math/reading abilities. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Set up thermoforming machines for operation per job specifications.
• Mount dies and molds and load rolls of raw materials into the machine.
• Engage machine to produce thermoformed parts and maintain continuous operation.
• Perform troubleshooting and quality control checks.
• Perform routine maintenance on thermoforming machines.
• Complete required job tickets.
• Coordinate with Packers/Inspectors to resolve quality issues as needed.
