Job summary

Prent Corporation in Janesville, WI is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join the production team. You will set up and operate thermoforming equipment, monitor quality, and support efficient, safe manufacturing.

You must have a High School diploma, strong math, analytical and troubleshooting skills, and a mechanical aptitude. Ability to work on multiple machines at a fast pace, with prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass math and mechanical aptitude tests.
• Able to work on multiple machines at a fast pace and maintain accuracy.
• Standing for the length of the shift and comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate thermoforming machines to meet production and quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed.
• Perform tool removal and basic tool preparation.
• Operate trim presses, robot systems, and vision systems.
• Maintain proper process settings to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Communicate production updates and shift handoffs clearly.
