The role offers pay at $23.15 per hour with both day (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) and night (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) shifts. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, can stand for 12 hours, lift up to 25 lbs, and maintain reliable attendance and transportation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in machine operation or manufacturing is preferred.
• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn new processes.
• Able to stand for a 12-hour shift and perform basic machine adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor thermoforming machines.
• Start up, shut down, and perform basic machine adjustments.
• Conduct roll changes and monitor materials.
• Inspect finished products for quality and defects.
• Complete production and quality checks.
• Report equipment or production issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and comply with PPE requirements.
