Job summary

You will work with QA teams to understand low-level functions, contribute to documentation, and ensure timely completion of tasks while following 5S and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus HVAC-related experience or equivalent industry background.
• EPA Refrigerant Handling License required (universal).
• Experience reading mechanical drawings for prototypes and builds.
• Skilled with temperature, pressure, and electrical measurements.
• Proficient planning, organization, and documentation.
• Team orientation and reliable attendance are essential.
• MS Office experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Set up test facility and instrumentation per instructions.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop testing capabilities.
• Analyze and improve existing testing processes and designs.
• Plan, set up, instrument, and operate products and test facilities.
• Troubleshoot and correct issues during testing.
• Assist in developing solutions or workarounds for defects.
• Work with QA to understand low-level functions in software/products.
• May assist QA in understanding low-level functional tests.
• Conduct tests, analyze data, and modify units within limits.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Participate in 5S improvement programs.
