Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Machine Operator to execute thermal spray coatings on gas turbine components in Jupiter, FL. You will program and operate spray equipment, prepare parts and tooling, and perform inspections to ensure compliance with strict quality and EHS standards.

The role requires 2+ years in a production setting, experience with spray systems or CNC/robot operations, and basic proficiency in MS Office and SAP for documentation.

Qualifications

Experience operating thermal spray equipment or CNC/production robots.
Minimum 2 years in a production environment.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions and coating specifications.
Basic proficiency with MS Office and SAP for documentation.

Responsibilities

Execute thermal spray coating per specifications and schedules.
Program equipment to meet coating requirements and production timelines.
Prepare components and tooling including blasting and masking as needed.
Perform visual inspection and measurement of coatings to verify specs.
Maintain clean, organized work area and report NCR deviations.
