Job summary

Vinci is seeking a Product Manager with deep understanding of electronics thermal and CFD simulations to bridge customer workflows with our AI platform.

You will champion the voice of the domain, map how engineers use current tools, and validate that Vinci’s outputs and UI meet real production expectations, including ECAD/GDSII inputs. This role emphasizes impact over traditional PM duties and offers growth in a cutting-edge AI hardware engineering space.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of hands-on thermal, CFD, and thermoelastic simulations in electronics/semiconductors.
• Experience with advanced packaging, 2.5D/3D ICs, BEOL, PCBs, and data center cooling.
• Ability to explain why engineers set up simulations and where tools fail.
• Willingness to shape software direction without traditional PM overhead.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer, articulating workflows and bottlenecks to product and engineering teams.
• Benchmark workflows and capability of current tools for thermal/CFD/thermoelastic analysis.
• Validate outputs, UI/UX, and input handling (ECAD/GDSII/STEP) for production.
• Support pre-sales and pilots by discussing customer setups and benefits.
