Job summary

Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.

The role requires collaboration with TEi teams, clients, and subcontractors to drive successful outcomes and foster a safety- and quality-focused culture. The candidate will manage schedules, risks, and changes, delivering status updates to stakeholders and maintaining strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the Project Team to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Present monthly budget reconciliations to executive management.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Liaise between TEi and the customer; manage change orders to protect revenue.
