Responsibilities

• Produce quality products in a strict food safe environment.
• Monitor and adjust process cook cycles to ensure top quality Publix Deli Meats.
• Operate department equipment (thermal processing units, tumblers, blast chiller, etc.).
• Maintain run sheets, sanitation and HACCP reports to comply with USDA & GMP regulations.
• Assist with sanitation responsibilities and documentation.
