You will work cross-functionally on a 24/7 schedule, with a starting wage of $23.08/hour, rising to $26.68/hour after 90 days, plus a $300 sign-on and $600 retention bonus after milestones.

Rotation pattern: 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 3 off, 4 on, 7 off, then repeat.
