Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop formulations and trials.
• Collect and analyze data to drive process and equipment improvements.
• Develop, evaluate, implement, and maintain thermal processing programs for safety and quality.
• Provide technical training and support to stakeholders.
• Assist during visits, inspections, and audits with regulatory personnel.
• Support deviation analyses and recommend product dispositions as needed.
• Drive continuous process improvements and reduce inefficiencies.
