The Process Technologist will be directly responsible for process development, standardization, and improvements in processing, as well as be responsible for promoting the professional competence of the cross functional team through daily activities, training, and support.

Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) infood engineering, chemical engineering, food processing, food chemistry, food science,or related discipline. Knowledge of thermal processing. At least 3 years of experience in food processing, thermal processing, food engineering, or related fields.
Knowledgeable Microsoft office applications preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as: safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Ability to collect, interpret, and summarize data. Ability to apply concepts of statistics.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
