Qualifications

• Must demonstrate safety-first approach and culture.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities under pressure while maintaining safety.
• Solid working knowledge of plant operations and maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS and plant monitoring systems.
• Preference for steam turbine experience.
• District Energy environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform operations, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on plant equipment (chillers, boilers, turbines, pumps, RO systems).
• Promote safety and maintain a safety-first culture across teams.
• Support cost-conscious maintenance and reliability improvements.
• Maintain plant reliability; assist Operations, I&C, Distribution.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and field staff on maintenance tasks.
• Develop work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Analyze data for time estimates, equipment needs, and manpower.
• Assist in safety programs, root cause analysis, and condition-based monitoring.
• Maintain maintenance history in Fiix CMMS and report back on backlog.
