The ideal candidate will have a BS in Mechanical Engineering and experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Candidates should be fluent in Mandarin and possess strong knowledge in lean manufacturing techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role, preferably within a thermal or related industry.
• Experience with testing procedures for thermal systems (e.g., pressure tests, thermal cycling).
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, and root cause analysis (RCA). Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for thermal equipment and systems.
• Prepare and manage production schedules to meet requirements.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth production flow and troubleshoot bottlenecks.

Skills

Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)

Fluent in Mandarin

Knowledge of lean manufacturing

Ability to read and interpret P&ID and thermal schematics

Education
