Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in continuous process manufacturing engineering.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities; CAD knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma projects to drive quality and productivity gains.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation and train personnel on new processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with design engineering on DFM reviews and equipment validation.
• May lead small teams; interact with cross-functional stakeholders daily.
