SPEAR Physical Therapy is seeking a Therapy Technician for the Chelsea, NY location. You will support physical and occupational therapy by preparing treatment areas, assisting patients, and performing procedures under the supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist.

The role emphasizes high-level customer service, teamwork, and adherence to SPEAR-IT values. Prior customer service experience and strong communication are required; athletic experience is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the treatment areas for patient care.
• Greet every patient with a smile and treat everyone with SPEAR-IT values.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
• Follow SPEAR-IT principles: Service, Passion, Empathy, Accountability, Respect, Integrity, and Teamwork.
• Actively listen to and guide patients through exercises under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment including equipment and supplies.
