Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Therapy Technician to join its W 57th St clinic in New York. You will support patient care by preparing treatment areas, gathering equipment, and performing procedures under supervision.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Athletic background is a plus, with opportunities for growth within Spear’s programs.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• Athletic experience is a plus.
• Participation in Spear's Future Leaders Program (SFLP) and mentorship programs.
• Ability to work within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by preparing treatment areas, gathering equipment and materials, and performing procedures under the direct supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
• Execute a high standard of clinical excellence while maintaining 5-star customer service.
• Foster a true community environment and collaborate with patients and team members to ensure everyone receives appropriate care and support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
