Job summary

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy (SPEAR) is seeking a Therapy Technician to support patient care at our Chelsea location. You will prepare treatment areas, assist patients, and carry out procedures under the supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• A strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• Athletic experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Prepare the treatment areas for patient care.
• Greet every patient who walks in and out of the office with a smile and you treat everyone in our practice with SPEARIT.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
• Follow the SPEAR-IT values: Service, Passion, Empathy, Accountability, Respect, Integrity, and Teamwork.
• Show up ten minutes early and understand the urgency behind patients' needs for help and healthcare.
• Actively listen to and guide patients through their exercises under direct supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Provide a clean and organized environment for patients, including laundry and supply of linens and equipment.
