Job summary

ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Eau Claire invites applications for a Therapy Technician. Working under supervision of a licensed therapist, you’ll provide support care to patients and therapy staff, contributing to efficient, patient-centered care at our brand-new facility opening December 2026.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and deliver basic patient care and assistance with transfers.
• Document vital signs and intake/output, recording weights as needed.
• Consult with the Therapist and interdisciplinary team for patient care.
• Respond to patient and family calls and requests.
• Support in preparing and maintaining the gymnasium unit.
• Maintain a safe, infection-preventive patient environment.
• Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer of patients.
• Adapt to staffing emergencies and inclement weather as needed.
