The role emphasizes staff development, performance management, and ongoing quality improvement within a nationwide inpatient rehabilitation leader.

Qualifications

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP required.
• BLS (CPR) required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training and schedules.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
