Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Therapy Team Leader to assist the Director of Therapy Operations by overseeing daily activities, coordinating staffing, and ensuring high-quality patient care within the licensed discipline.

You will delegate supervision to therapists, assistants, and technicians, participate in staff orientation and training, and promote a collaborative, inclusive culture that aligns with the hospital's mission.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience and strong communication skills.
• Competency in evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment within the licensed discipline.
• Ability to motivate and mentor staff to enhance clinical skills and performance.

Responsibilities

• Delegating and supervising therapists, assistants, and technicians
• Assisting with staffing, scheduling, orientation, and ongoing staff training
• Ensuring effective interdepartmental communication to meet patient and hospital needs
• Providing patient care primarily within the licensed discipline (80% - 90% of work hours)
• Fostering a positive environment aligned with the hospital’s mission
• Monitoring department operations, promoting continuous improvement, and staff development
