Encompass Health Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Therapy Team Leader who will balance clinical excellence with team leadership while continuing hands-on patient care. You will lead and mentor therapists, oversee treatment plans, and drive quality improvements to help patients achieve meaningful outcomes.

The role requires current PT/OT/SLP licensure, BLS/CPR within 30 days, and at least three years in the discipline.

Formación

• Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP required.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy treatment and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals.
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
