Encompass Health Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Therapy Team Leader to balance clinical excellence with team leadership. You will lead, mentor, and continue to provide hands-on patient care to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Competenze

• Current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP required.
• BLS (CPR) required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certification preferred.
