Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician at In Motion Physical Therapy, Chesapeake Square. The role assists therapists, handles setup and cleanup, and supports patient care using EMR systems.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and includes duties such as maintaining supplies, data entry, and confidentiality. BLS is preferred, with onboarding expectations across facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS Basic Life Support (preferred upon hire, required within 30 days for BSMH, required at hire for RSFH).

Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients, visitors and other customers per organizational guidelines.
• Uses electronic medical records and patient care databases.
• Assists therapists and therapy assistants with patient care as needed.
• Maintains department supplies within budget as directed by leadership.
• Performs cleaning, quality control checks, temperature checks and whirlpool culture tasks as delegated.
• Completes record-keeping and assists with patient transport as instructed.
