Job summary

Sequim Bay Post Acute is seeking a Rehab Tech (CNA required) to support our PT/OT/SLP teams. You will transport residents to sessions, assist with setup, and ensure smooth transitions between appointments in a therapy-focused, daytime schedule.

Ideal candidates hold a Washington CNA license, have strong communication skills, and can use scheduling systems. The role offers a predictable, team-oriented environment with opportunities to learn from licensed clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license valid in Washington State (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems).
• Experience with older adults a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from therapy sessions.
• Help set up residents for treatment as directed by licensed staff.
• Coordinate logistics for group therapy and transitions between sessions.
• Prepare treatment areas and sanitize equipment per infection control standards.
• Monitor gym organization, restock supplies, and flag damaged equipment.
