Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System's Memorial Rehabilitation Institute in Hollywood, FL seeks a dedicated staff member to provide patient care and clerical support. You will perform office tasks, inventory checks, temperature logs, and phone coverage while assisting during therapy sessions under supervision.

Role requires assisting with patient movement, maintaining clean facilities, and supporting staff in preparing patients for therapy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS American Heart E-Card or equivalent required.
• BLS RQI E-Card preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs office support functions including inventory maintenance, temperature logs, stocking, filing, scheduling and answering phones.
• Assists during treatment sessions under the direct supervision of the therapist.
• Assists with movement, lifting and transport of patients before, during and after therapy.
• Maintains treatment area in a clean, safe and organized condition.
• Cleans and maintains therapy equipment and supplies.
• Assists clinical staff with preparing patients for therapy.
