Job summary

Mercy seeks a Therapy Services Technician to assist therapists with therapeutic interventions under supervision. This role does not provide patient care directly, but supports continuity of care and teamwork within Mercy’s mission and standards.

Educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent, with CPR certification and strong communication skills. PRN shift, assisting with patient transport and various nonclinical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• CPR certification required and ability to respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists (PT/OT/SLP) with therapeutic interventions.
• Assist with transportation of patients to and from scheduled therapy appointments.
• Perform designated nonclinical support tasks essential to patient care.
• Collaborate with team to achieve group goals and uphold Mercy standards.
