Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Licensed Occupational Therapist is required.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Master’s in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Five years of clinical experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Supervise therapy staff and coordinate service delivery.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team, patients, and families.
• Participate in professional development and evidence-based practices.
• Assist with staff training, student supervision, and program development.
• Manage documentation, discharge planning, and equipment recommendations.
• Oversee departmental logistics, staffing, budgeting, and safety compliance.
