LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a qualified Therapy Services Leader to coordinate and deliver Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will develop, supervise, and ensure high-quality clinical care aligned with departmental objectives.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Master’s in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist required.
• Experience: Five years preferred, with a strong emphasis on clinical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy services.
• Develop, supervise, and ensure quality clinical care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Maintain department policies, safety, infection control, and quality improvement standards.
• Mentor staff, participate in student training, and promote team cohesion.
• Assess patient performance, create individualized treatment plans, and document thoroughly.
• Assist in discharge planning, selecting adaptive equipment, and promoting evidence-based practices.
• Manage therapy services logistics, staffing, budgeting, and meet productivity standards.
