Qualifications

• Current, valid license to practice as PT, OT or SLP in the employing state.
• Current BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.

• Ensure delivery of PT, OT, and SLP services with quality improvement and collaboration.
