Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted PT/PTA license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Leadership or management experience in rehab/healthcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.
• Ensure regulatory, reimbursement, and professional practice standards compliance.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, productivity, patient satisfaction, and quality metrics.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop therapy staff to achieve clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with facility leadership, physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary partners.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and departmental performance initiatives.
• Support census growth, admissions, and strategic rehabilitation programs.
