Brooks Rehabilitation in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement patient care programs to maintain, improve, or restore physical function.

The role requires delivering high-quality rehab care to diverse diagnoses, establishing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring an excellent patient experience. Florida PT license and CPR/BLS required; new grads considered. $5,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
