Must-Have:

• Candidates must have no hits on their state license to practice.
• Candidates must provide a driver's license to verify residency.
• Candidates must have life support certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• Candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position.
• Guaranteed hours are 24.

Description:Candidates must wear green scrubs.Candidates must float between assigned campuses.Candidates who are residents of Arizona are not eligible for assignments in any facility located in Arizona.Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will expedite the offer process.Candidates must begin on the listed start date or no more than one week later.Requests for time off cannot exceed 7 days and no requests are allowed during the first week of the assignment.Candidates must list all facilities where they are willing to work.All shifts that candidates are willing to work should be specified.Candidates should specify all departments they have experience in and are willing to work in.Travel experience is highly preferred.Adherence to all background check standards is required.Candidates must complete the skills checklist within the last 12 months.Active licenses to practice must be verified in the last 30 days.
