Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Therapy - RRT to join our clinical team for a 13-week, day-shift assignment in San Francisco. The role requires 1 year of experience as an Adult RRT and state licensure, with BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.

The successful candidate will perform therapeutic, diagnostic, and emergency respiratory care procedures, assess and treat patients, and collaborate with physicians to implement care plans. Prior travel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Description:Performs therapeutic, diagnostic, and emergency respiratory care procedures.Provides assessment, treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies or abnormalities.Exercises sound judgment and develops clinical skills to provide input to and implement the patient's plan of care based on the diagnosis and physician orders in a timely manner.Gains confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring and care, and effective communication.Handles all adult services including ER, RRT, Code Blue, Floors, and ICU.Competency in adult critical care and respiratory therapy administration is essential.Experience with various procedures and equipment related to respiratory care is required.
