Job summary

Cynet Health seeks a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week assignment in Frisco, CO. The role is inpatient-focused, with duties including ABG draws, EKGs, ventilator management, heated high‑flow, BiPAP and CPAP support.

Minimum 2 years’ experience, CO license, NBRC-recognized RRT and BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required. Sole RT, with self/ block scheduling and occasional weekend coverage; scrubs supplied.

Qualifications

• ABG draws and ECGs performed.
• Ventilator management including heated high flow, BiPAP, and CPAP.
• Nursery, ED, and inpatient care experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform ABG draws and EKGs.

Description:The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for various patient populations including adults, pediatrics, and neonates.The role primarily covers inpatient, emergency room, and labor delivery recovery postpartum areas.Job duties include performing arterial blood gas (ABG) draws and electrocardiograms (EKGs).The therapist will administer breathing treatments and manage ventilators, heated high flow, BiPAP, and CPAP.Support in the nursery and for C-sections is also required, along with home oxygen set-up.The Respiratory Therapist will assist with intubations but will not be required to intubate independently.The therapist will work as the only RT in-house and is expected to participate in self-scheduling and block scheduling.Availability to help cover weekends occasionally is expected.There is no call or standby call requirement for this position.Blue scrubs will be provided through the hospital laundry.The institution uses EPIC for charting.Cancellation policy allows for up to 4 shifts to be canceled during the assignment duration.
