Description:Travelers who hold a CRT certification will not be considered for this need.Travelers who are planning to work in conjunction with another permanent placement or travel assignment will not be accepted.Travelers who reside within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.To avoid processing delays, please ensure to include the permanent address in the profile upload.Requested time off during this assignment must be noted and verified at the time of profile upload.Requests for time off after the initial upload will not be approved.No more than five days of requested time off will be accepted, with fewer days being preferable.Travelers may not take all holidays off.Travelers must work two holiday blocks.The required blocks include Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday, the weekend after Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the weekend after, and New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and the weekend after.All travelers uploaded to this position must note when they can be reached and ensure voicemail is set up on their phones.Travelers without voicemail set up when contacted will be redirected.Non-billable orientation is required.Call and call-back is not applicable to this need.Meditech Expanse experience is strongly preferred.ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred.Travelers must have their own vehicle for this assignment.All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.The facility will not approve any scheduling requests made after the time of the offer or interview.Profile requirements include work history and a skills checklist pertinent to the position, current within one year.A supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment is required.
