• Educate prospective therapists on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career
• Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals

The Therapy Recruiter will specialize in cultivating relationships with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists interested in travel career opportunities. Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $60,000 starting annually, plus commissions.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your managers discretion.
