The role focuses on identifying and recruiting qualified professionals for short-term assignments, educating candidates on benefits, and generating leads to meet recruiting goals. A fast-paced, results-driven environment supports career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience in sales or staffing will be considered.
• Minimum of 1+ year success in a sales, staffing agency and/or metrics-driven role.
• Desire for advancement and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Required Qualifications

Compensation

Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $70,000 starting annually, plus commissions.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
