Aya Healthcare is seeking a Therapy Recruiter to specialize in cultivating relationships with traveling therapists (PT, OT, SLP) for career opportunities. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, initiate contact, maintain rapport, and deliver outstanding customer service to support elite travel professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience in sales or staffing will be considered.
• Minimum of one year of proven success in a metrics driven sales or staffing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment to attract, screen, and onboard physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.
• Proactively contact and recruit prospective therapists to establish relationships and qualify them for roles.
• Educate prospective therapists on the benefits of travel healthcare careers.
• Generate leads through various recruiting channels and referrals.
• Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement.
• Maintain a high level of motivation to achieve recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment.

The Therapy Recruiter will specialize in cultivating relationships with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists interested in travel career opportunities. Required Qualifications:

Compensation

Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $60,000 starting annually, plus commissions.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
