Job summary

Description:Provide outpatient care.Care will be offered in designated locations and outreach sites.Utilize EPIC computerized charting for documentation.Experience with outpatient procedures is required.Clinicians must badge in and out while in the facility.Scrubs: Polo (Ceil Blue, Khaki, Gray, Chocolate Brown) or business casual attire is acceptable.There will be approximately 8 patients scheduled per day.Support staff will be available in the clinic.Day shifts are required from Monday to Friday.No weekend shifts are necessary.BLS certification is required.Candidates must hold a valid Physical Therapy License.
