Description:The position is for an Outpatient Physical Therapist.The shift is 4x10 hours, with flexibility for 8-hour shifts.No weekend shifts are required.Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience are preferred.First-time travelers are welcome to apply.Certifications include a current BLS certification.Discussions regarding scheduling requests can be done with the manager.Local candidates are accepted without any radius limitations.Time off requests should be discussed with the manager.The client may call off up to 36 hours during the 13-week assignment without additional payment.If cancelations exceed this limit, billing for additional shifts will apply.Candidates may be called off and that will count as a called-off shift.The facility is a critical access entity with a total of 25 staffed beds.Charting is done using a specified system.Special procedures and specific patient demographic details are available upon request.Staffing and scheduling requirements will be discussed during the interview process.Candidate references will be considered, and previous employees must be separated for 12 months before reapplying.Floating and occasional weekend coverage may be required based on scheduling needs.
