No weekend rotation; potential occasional inpatient coverage as needed. 13-week assignment with on-site supervision available. Minimum 1 year of outpatient PT experience, state licensure, and BLS certification are required.

Description:Start date needed is November 2, 2026.Interviews will be conducted via a simplified process, followed by manager approval.This role involves outpatient physical therapy.The schedule is typically from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.The position primarily covers outpatient services but may include occasional coverage for emergency department consultations, day surgery patients, or inpatient needs.The patient demographic is primarily adults and school-aged children with non-pediatric developmental diagnoses.Conditions treated include post-orthopedic, post-spinal surgeries, geriatric cases, work injuries, and neurological imbalances.Evaluations and treatments are scheduled for 60 minutes each.Practitioners will manage single patient care.On average, 8-10 patients are seen per day, subject to change.The department currently employs three physical therapists with supervisory support available on-site during weekdays.Technology used includes an electronic medical record system.Floating to another department may occur in rare instances for inpatient coverage, located one floor apart.There is no weekend rotation or call required for this position.The rehabilitation department closes on six major holidays, and employees will be expected to work on other holidays as scheduled.Requests for time off require manager approval.Dress code is business casual or scrubs.
