Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide home health services to patients in their residences. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one weekend per month and compensatory time during the week to maintain productivity.

Must-Have: one year of home health experience, a valid PT license, and BLS certification. OASIS experience is required; HCHB knowledge is preferred, with orientation training available.

Description:The physical therapist will provide home health services to patients in their residences.

The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

There will be one weekend a month scheduled, with compensatory time during the week to adjust productivity and hours.

A tablet and phone will be provided for use during visits.

The dress code is clean, professional-looking scrubs.

A positive TB test will result in cancellation, and chest X-rays will not be accepted.

Requests for time off should be submitted in advance and confirmation is required.

Expect to work some holidays and weekends in rotation with staff unless otherwise contracted.

Floating between locations may occur and will be discussed when giving the job order.

All healthcare workers must comply with the current health and safety regulations.

Modules are billable and are completed during the first week of employment and annually thereafter.
