Requires a degree in Physical/Occupational Therapy (or related) and at least 1 year of skilled rehab experience, plus current state licensure and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current valid state licensure in respective discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience in delivering skilled rehab services
• CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and implement therapy programs and protocols aligning with facility goals and standards of care.
• Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and evaluate therapy programs for regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Oversee resources including staffing, equipment, and budget to support therapy services.
• Organize ongoing training and professional development for therapy staff.
• Analyze program data and outcomes to identify improvements and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
