Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Oversee allocation and management of resources, including staffing, equipment, and budget.
• Organize ongoing training and professional development for therapy staff.
• Analyze program data and outcomes to identify improvements and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
